Our One-Piece RealBreast prosthetic is an attachable silicone breastplate that blends with your skin for a very realistic appearance. Each breastplate is hand crafted, and can even be customized to your tastes. You can add freckles, moles or veins, or customize the nipple and areola to your liking. RealBreast is different than other breast forms as they are designed using movie-quality prosthetic techniques. RealBreast forms may not be suitable for regular and/or everyday wear due to the attention to detail required to ensure the breastplate is attached correctly and looks realistic.

Getting the right skintone for your body is the most imporant part of making sure that your One-Piece RealBreast will look natural on your body, as the color names and undertone descriptions only act as a guide. Step 3: Choose Your Edge Type
The 'vanishing edge' of our RealBreast is what makes this prosthetic so special. The skin of the breas prosthetic tapers until it is very thin (only a couple of milimeters thick), and is semi-transparent, to let your own skin blend with the color of the breasts. You have your choice of a thin vanishing edge, which is more realistic looking, or a thick vanishing edge, which is more durable.

One-Piece RealBreast breast forms include a standard FREE care kit. Each kit includes medical-grade adhesives and solvents to ensure a secure hold to your chest, with the help of the natural tacky nature of the breast forms.
This care kit includes:

What You Need to Know
Although many of our clients have been able to go braless with our One-Piece RealBreast, there are many factors in being able to go braless. Results may very depending on skin preparation, skin type and prosethetic size. Larger sizes have a heavier weight, and therefore will likely not be as secure when worn braless. If you want to wear the forms without a bra, it is best if you wear a tighter fitting halter top, leotards, sports bra or any sort of garment that will give that extra bit of security. Experiment at home to find your best solution.
Many of our clients have had success wearing our One-Piece RealBreast forms for several days at a time. We recommend that the prosthetic is not worn for more than four days at a time to help to keep the skin behind the prosthetic healthy. Also, we do not recommend sleeping in our RealBreast forms, as movement in your sleep may accidentally damage the prosthetic.
Returns & Exchanges
As that One-Piece RealBreasts are hand-made, luxury breast forms that are custom made for your body and skintone, and are positioned directly on the wall of your chest, these breast forms cannot be returned or exchanged. As a result of their premium craftmanship, One-Piece RealBreast breast forms are very unlikely to experience any form of defect. Step 5: Customize Your Skintone Color (Optional)
If you're planning on customizing your One-Piece RealBreast, you should consider having your breast forms customized to match your skintone! This is a very easy process. Using your Skintone Kit, take photos of the closest skintones to your chest in both natural light, and with and without a camera flash. We'll provide those photographs to the artists, who will craft a special color of silicone just for your skin.
Step 6: Customize Your Skintone Texture (Optional)
One of the greatest benefits of our One-Piece RealBreast is that you can customize it to look any way you want! Each pair is hand-crafted and has a unique appearance, so no two are alike. Please note that customization is an additional cost, as it's additional work for the artists who craft the forms.
You can customize your skintone any way you would like! We recommend providing photos of your chest with the RealBreast Skintone Kit, so the artists can recreate your natural skin's appearance.
