Several years ago I found your store online, was able to attend the store, and with your help found the right type of form for me. As time went on the forms needed replacing and I again came in a year ago and got a second set of forms. They were used less than 5 times but one developed a small hole around the seam. I emailed yesterday inquiring as to whether or not this would be covered under the warranty and received immediate replies to my email. Today I was invited to bring it back to the store to see if it would be a repair job or replacement. Within a few minutes you handed me a new form to replace it and I was on my way. I have always felt so comfortable on every visit to the store and appreciate the time you took today, and the time you have on previous visits. The 514 28 undergarment fits. It looks so natural under tight fitting denim with a blouse or sweater down to were the hips begin. My wife said it show 's off the hips so natural compared to any undergarment that I have accumulated in the past 11 year's . A wonderful bonus made in the U S A and very economical. I got part of my order yesterday with a notation that the breastforms i wanted will be "shipped directly from the supplier". That bothers me as I didn't agree to share my info with another company. I don't know what their concerns are for privacy or how discrete they are with shipping. It was hard enough for me to trust your company, and you just decided to share my info with another company without asking me. You have lost my trust completely, I'd rather have waited a few days than have my name and address given to another group. I doubt that my comment will ever see your web site comments, but I wanted to tell you, I was very disappointed in your actions. There are company's I don't use anymore due to discretion, or lack of it, in their shipping.

First, I want to thank you for placing your latest order with us. We know that every client who orders from us is placing their trust in us. This may be the first time they have trusted anyone with their very private life.
When I started the business in the early 90's, clients often hung up the phone two or three times before having the courage to speak to me. I did not have on-line ordering so they had to call.
It took time for me to build the trust of the TG/CD communities. Slowly, my reputation for trustworthiness and honesty grew. Now, there are so many clients recommending us on the Internet, and we are so trusted, that we get very few new clients who hesitate about ordering from us.
To ship everything from our own stock, would require a huge inventory. You can imagine the number of wigs of different colors and styles we would need to carry, plus the hundreds of variations of breast form sizes and types.
In order to supply our clients with the products they need at a reasonable price and quickly, we rely on a few very carefully vetted suppliers. Each of them knows that to continue as a supplier of products to our clients, they must be 100% discreet and have my confidence in them.
You ordered from us many years ago. I am guessing it was a big decision for you make before trusting us with your order. We have not contacted you since then. We have not sent you any information, by Email or print mail. I also know that none of our suppliers have betrayed your trust.
Even our credit card processing is done in such a way that if someone looked at your statement they would have no idea what you purchased. Our company is either on your credit card as: PSV Inc or ProdigalSon Ventures Inc. If someone should call your credit card company and ask what we sell, the answer would be "medical supplies".
In closing, I guarantee you that we will continue to do our best to protect all of our clients from unwanted attention, we will not sell names, or share names with other vendors and only use your name to facilitate getting your orders to you quickly and at a reasonable price.
In future, I suggest that when you order that you request that all the order comes in one package and that we do not "drop ship". We will be happy to do this for you.
You have raised a very important issue. There may have been others who have had your concerns. It is our fault for not assuring them of the level of protection we provide with our shipping service. For this reason, I am going to add your Email to our Testimonials.

When I first took it out of the box, I was a little disappointed at how small the pads seemed, but let me tell you, when I put my pants on over the panties, baby got back. 8-) They're great and I would think that larger pads would look unnatural. These things are perfect!

The forms fit wonderfully. They feel so natural, and look more natural than the other forms which I had bought from another breast form company. It was a little questionable at first because of the size difference. The forms didn't project as far outward as the other forms did, but they do look more natural. The other forms I have been using didn't have the concave back, thus I had to wear them over my fleshy breast area. Not only did it not look natural, it didn't feel comfortable after a while.

I am in heaven! I recieved my new Supremes yesterday, size 16, and wish I had ordered the 17's and just gone for it, but my oh my, I am finally stuffed, with the extra large nipples I have turned some heads and almost had a guy walk right into the side of a building. I am not petite but not big by no means, I usually wear a size 10 dress and I really like my tops skin tight, especially now, with a white tight top on and a mini skirt and my new huge breasts and big nipples leading my way no one even looks at what a pretty girl I am... these are the greatest and they are soooooo soft, they really feel like part of me.

Just a quick note to let you know that the Classic I forms, replacing the Classic IIs I first ordered, delivered today, and I am pleased beyond all expectations. All aspects of your site and service have been a delight to experience - but the bottom line is the product and value, and there I have to say I am just blown away.
The size 9 classic forms are completely perfect. They fit me, and they fit the 44C bra, beyond anything I have previously experienced. In fact I don't think I have anything on either side of my closet that fits as well! I never really knew what having a bra 'fit' truly meant; it is unexpectedly exhilarating to have the cups filled completely, but the bra lie flat across the breastbone. And then of course there is the weight, the 'swing', the texture.
They're the right size for my size - which teaches me more than I expected, not just about how to be a woman, but about how to be a human being, pure and simple.

The one thing that I have noticed is, that in the morning when I get up, I feel naked until the forms are on.

What can I say? The forms arrived this morning (only 7 days after ordering them - very impressive!) and I'm very pleased with them. They are softer and more 'realistic-feeling' than the pair I used to wear and look and feel very authentic. I think there are three things in particular that have impressed me about your service:

  1. You very patiently corresponded with me, until we were both satisfied that we had identified the most suitable forms (such a change from salespeople who are keen to sell me the most expensive forms they can).
  2. The price and quality of the product are second to none. There is a shop in Britain which sells similar forms for £299 (over US$400) and I'd like to put a BIG SIGN on their web site saying 'Don't buy these until you have checked out the 'breast forms' site in the US!'
