Breast Forms Guarantee & Warranty
We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality breast forms. Most forms come with a One Year guarantee against manufacturer and material defects. Amoena breast forms come with a two year guarantee.
Your breast forms should last far beyond the guarantee if you take good care of them. The silicone is of excellent quality. The outer membrane is very tough, but can be punctured.
Exceptions to our guarantee
The forms are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. They are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures from sharp fingernails or mysterious rips that suddenly appear. They are not guaranteed if you have slept on the forms and burst them. Our suppliers stand behind their products but will reject forms that have been abused.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for shipping the product back to The Breast Form Store to initiate a warranty review. If the warranty claim is rejected, the client will be responsible for return shipping. Approved warranty claims will ship with no additional charge to the customer.
Custom made breast forms such as RealBreast breast forms are exempt from our guarantee as that they have been specifically created for you.

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy is to have happy, satisfied customers. If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the item. At that time we will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) number and inform you of the return address. All customers doing an exchange are responsible for a $15.00 reshipping fee.
NOTE: Gaffs, padded panties and undergarments, foam breast forms, attachable breast forms (such as Aphrodite and Real Breasts), bras, wigs, wig caps, nylons, lingerie, costumes, corsets, dresses, shoes, swimsuits, and cosmetics are not returnable for sanitary reasons. Please make sure you have chosen the correct size and color before submitting your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Returning Breast Forms
Be sure you want to keep the forms before you use the tapes or apply an attachable forms.
- Forms must be clean.
- Forms boxes & cradles, must be in original condition.
- Forms must not have been previously attached.
- The Breast Form Store must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the forms if they are unsatisfactory.
- All accessories that are included with forms must be returned unused. Any missing items will be charged to your account.
When we receive the product that you are returning, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $20.00 for returns including breast forms or $15.00 for any other products.
