The Transform Classic II breast forms are specially designed for heavier clients with very fleshy pecs or clients with breast growth from age or hormones. It's great for anyone who wishes to cover their fleshy pecs for a more natural look.

The forms are concave (see image above). Starting from mildly concave, they become more concave in the larger sizes, the largest sizes fitting over the pecs of quite heavy girls.

The unique asymmetrical shape with a curved side wing adds fullness under the arm and a nice rise up the chest. This softer form gives a very natural look. It has a dark colored areola and nipple.

The forms fit wonderfully. They feel so natural, and look more natural than the other forms did which I had bought from another breast form company.
