Notes

Thicker bras and heavier clothing may compress the nipples so that they do not show. They are at their best in very sheer bras and clothing.

You are probably wondering how these forms can work well for girls with both moderately developed chests and flat chests. Because they are not fully concave, they work for both types of bodies. On the order form, please be sure to tell us how tall you are, how much you weigh and if you have larger pecs or breast tissue. The bra size you wish to fill is very important. Tell us also if you wish to be more conservative or busty. We will personally check to be sure the size you ordered is perfect for you.

Our goal is to make you beautiful. If the forms don't meet your expectations, we will exchange them or refund your money.

Warranty Information

TRANSFORM breast forms are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for one year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended by The Breast Form Store.

TRANSFORM breast forms are not guaranteed against abuse, punctures by sharp objects, excessive pressure being placed on them, excessive heat, or other actions that would not be consistent with normal wearing of a breast prosthesis. TRANSFORM breast forms are also not guaranteed for use with any adhesives, with the exception of It Stays! adhesive and/or Skin Tac Wipes. Any other adhesive use with TRANSFORM breast forms will void this waarranty.

*IMPORTANT: While many of our clients are using medical grade adhesives, adhesive sprays, medical grade tapes and removers with success, we regret that we cannot provide any guarantee if they are used. If you are considering any method of attaching TRANSFORM breast forms, please do so with caution.

Claims

All claims under this guarantee require the return of the breast forms to The Breast Form Store. Forms cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Please call us for an authorization number. Shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. The guarantee only extends to the initial pair of breast forms purchased and not to any replacement forms issued to previous charges.
