Ordering Online
Your personal information is safe when you shop with us. We offer secure online ordering using SSL encryption. SSL encrypts all of your information, including your credit card numer, name, address, and phone number, before it travels over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone or using your credit card at the gas station.
Ordering by Mail or by Fax
Another very secure way to place your order is to fax us! Our fax number is 1.604.241.2002. All you have to do is print out one of our order forms, fill out your information, and send it to us!

Need the Ultimate in Security? Order by Mail!
Many of our clients prefer to order by mail. There is no electronic trail, no credit card statements, etc. It may be a littler slower, but guarantees your privacy.
You can have your order shipped to any name and address you wish. We recommend providing a phone number or an e-mail order so that we can let you know about shipping or confirm sizing, but it is your decision to provide that information. If you are shipping to a UPS Store or a simmilar location, please note that they may require photo ID for you to receive your package. (Please note that interational orders require a phone number or an e-mail address for Customs purposes).
When ordering by mail, please send a money order. This can be obtained from your post office or bank, usually for less than one dollar. Money orders are also insured and you can any sending name you wish to you use. We are unable to accept cheques of any type.

International Orders
International orders are always welcome! We ship to almost anywhere in the world.
For shipping to Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, or Japan, please select the associated country flag on the top of the page. If we are to ship from the USA to any of the above countries, you will be charged the full shipping cost. Any customs charges, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We will ship your order in a plain package marked Clothing Accessories. In order for your package to clear customs and be delivered to you, we require either a phone number or e-mail address. Please allow for a few more days for the package to clear customs in your country before it arrives.
By providing a way to contact you, we will work with you to make sure your order is exactly what you need before shipping. Please tell us anything about yourself that will help us to fit you properly.
Please note that in order to ship international orders, we are required by law to include in an envelope on the outside of the box:
- Customs declaration, showing "Clothing Accessories"
- Copy of your invoice, showing the product purchased.
Your invoice is for customs purposes, and there is no way to ship a package without this documentation. This invoice is to be removed from the package by customs. However, customs agents may or may not remove this invoice, and may remain in the envelope. We do our best to ensure your privacy with this paperwork, however we have no control over what the customs agents do with this invoice.
If your privacy is of the utmost importance, we strongly recommend having your order shipped to a PO box or other holding facility.
