We regret that we are unable to accept wigs for return or exchange, for sanitary reasons. This policy is standard with all vendors of wigs, and is not exclusive to The Breast Form Store. Please appreciate that this policy is in place to protect all wig purchasers.
All wigs are shipped directly from the manufacturer unless by special request.
PLEASE NOTE that Incognito, Henry Margu and Estetica Designs wigs will not ship between December 24, 2011 to January 3, 2012 due to closures with the manufacturers.
